MOC Purchase Notes

– About the Product: Our products contain all the parts needed, ready to assemble upon delivery.

-Prepare Time: As the MOC is a custom product, it requires 5-7 business days for preparation.

– Returns/Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of MOC products, returns will not be accepted if more than 1 day has passed since payment. For a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of payment.

– Packaging: MOC parts Setss will be packed in plain cardboard boxes or bags.

– Instructions: We do not provide build instructions. You will need to purchase the instructions separately on Rebrickable. We have included a link to purchase the instructions in the product description below. If you cannot find the link, please search for the set number on Rebrickable.

– Instructions: Instructions for MOCs often contain errors. If you encounter difficulties during the build, you will need to contact the designer directly.

– Stickers: Listings with “WITH STICKERS” indicate that stickers are included. These stickers are generally designed by us.

– About Parts: We generally provide two quality options for parts based on your needs and budget:

1. Standard quality parts (budget-friendly)
2. Gobrick (improved quality, closer to Lego, better part detail, but higher cost)

If no options are provided, the set contains standard parts.

– Missing Parts: If any parts are found to be missing during the build, please contact us and we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
